Fees & Insurance
(If you elect NOT to file with insurance, there will be a cash-pay discount of $25 per session. )
Individual or Family Services: $100 - $125 per 45 -60 minute session
Initial Intake Session (includes file set up and course of treatment): $125
Sessions Conducted Outside of Normal Office Hours: $125
(Fees include office appointments, appointment related phone calls, insurance forms and reports, and third-party consultations. Fees will be pro-rated as needed for additional session time.)
The following fees are NOT covered by insurance and will be the responsibility of the client:
Phone Calls of a Therapeutic Nature: a pro-rated scale of $100.00/hour.
Preparation of Letters (at request of client): a pro-rated scale of $100.00/hour.
Court-Related Work: I do not provide custody evaluations nor worker's compensation assessments. In order to utilize my services, you will be required to sign an agreement that states you will NOT be using my therapy services for court-related concerns. If this agreement is violated and I am subpoenaed regarding court, then you will be responsible for payment of $1500 per diem plus $200/hour (including, but not limited to: phone calls regarding the case and court, depositions, preparation, court time, time spent waiting for court, travel time, documentation, and any fees associated with consultation of my own attorney.)
If you are using insurance, it is your responsibility to call your insurance company to verify that your mental health benefits are current and receive an authorization number (if required by your insurance company) for family and/or individual therapy. Also, you should inquire as to number of sessions approved, co-payment/ co-insurance for services and any deductible required.

*If you are not covered by one of these companies; then at the end of each session, I can provide you with a statement that you can file with your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement for the fees you have already paid. In these circumstances, you are responsible for keeping track of your session statements and filing with your insurance.
